Rouge Coco de Chanel et Vanessa Paradis
I was seriously doubting Chanel’s taste when they ordained Lily Allen the face of the Cocoon. Don’t get me wrong, I like Allen’s music, but I don’t exactly see her as the “Face of Chanel.”
Thankfully, my faith is restored…Chanel chose Vanessa Paradis (pictured above) to represent Chanel’s new lip color collection, Rouge Coco. I think it’s a perfect match, she’s already lent her personality to the Coco fragrance and the Cambon handbags. If you haven’t guessed, she’s French and married to Johnny Depp. Lucky gal.
Last night Rouge Coco was launched in New York at The Mark Hotel. As you can imagine, it was a celeb-studded event, and Paradis was the guest of honor. Poppy Delevingne (pictured below), Brit socialite, was also there. She was named one of the worldwide ambassadors of the Chanel brand and spirit.
